Message from the Executive
December 8, 2005 In light of the recent Environment Officer Review, the Manitoba Environment Officers’ Association would like to make its members aware of assistance available through the MGEU.
If you require assistance with interpreting any written correspondence from Human Resources or would like to consider job action we encourage you to contact your local Regional MGEU Representative for Physical Science by calling the MGEU Resource Center (982-6438 or TOLL FREE 1-866-982-6438) to be connected to your Regional Union Representative or Shelly Neele (Regional Representative Area 2).
Should you wish to take job action and file a grievance with your Regional MGEU representative? It should be noted that any grievance actions must be filed within twenty (20) working days following the date upon which the employee(s) were notified orally or in writing of the decision made by Human Resources.
It is also encouraged that you express your concerns and views to your Managers, Assistant Regional Directors, and/or Directors in writing.
